Happy New Year!

We had an early night, but still saw a few fireworks.  Everyone really celebrates here.  We also had rain most of  Monday and decided to just take it easy.  We had originally scheduled an evening dinner cruise, but they called and canceled at the last minute and we had to reschedule.  Oh well, Friday works just as well.

Rob had several dives planned today, but one of them ended a little quickly when his regulator stopped working.  Luckily there are always backup systems.  He used the alternate regulator and got back up to the surface.  They (Maui Dive Shop) are going to let him do the dive again on Thursday.  

I think I'm going to look for a spa tomorrow.  A massage sounds like a good idea.  I also have to make arrangements to take back some pines (pineapples).   They are really good here.  Fresh from the field is the only way to go!
